If you've lost an item at Prospect Meadows, please fill out the Lost and Found form below.  Please include as much information about the item in question including item type, brand, color, etc.  Our policy for any lost item turned into staff is to hold the item for 30 days.  If the item is unclaimed at that time we will donate the items to local charities.  You can also call Prospect Meadows at 319.582.4471 to inquire about lost items.
