The International Paper Foundation has awarded a $1,500 grant to Prospect Meadows to ensure every child plays safely. This grant is just one example of International Paper’s commitment to the company’s signature causes, which include education, hunger, health and wellness, disaster relief and initiatives that improve our planet. The company is committed to addressing critical community needs where our employees live and work.
This funding will help Prospect Meadows purchase another AED to ensure both quads and the main entrance building have this lifesaving equipment.
“We are very grateful for the support of International Paper, and other community partners, who help us ensure that ALL kids can play safely at Prospect Meadows,” said Jack Roeder, Prospect Meadows CEO.
“At International Paper, we believe our company cannot succeed if our communities do not succeed,” said Megan Shook, communications specialist, Cedar River Mill. “We are proud to support Prospect Meadows as they purchase a third AED in case of a cardiac emergency among their annual 132,000+ visitors.
